Our History

Shirley Sime is the founder and the face of the agency and her main role is building relationships with companies, businesses, and owners, and connecting with their employees. She shows business owners how she can help them find solutions to their business concerns ranging from tax savings strategies, expense reduction, key employee retention, leveraged retirement, premium financing, employee benefits, and business owner legacy program. She would write simple business proposals and give them an outline as to what she sees as their problem areas and how she could address them. Her goal is to become part of their team, building strategies, and solving problems for their clients. By partnering with her and the agency, they will help eliminate costly redundancies and make the most of your available capital. They have a proven driven process and experts across multiple lines that will help you get to where you want to go in the future from where you are today to achieve financial security

My previous work experience had been in agricultural commodity sales, international brokering, account management, contracts, and business development for 17 years. As a former commodity trader, I had traveled extensively in different parts of Asia and North America. Being a former commodities supply trader for 17 years, I had learned good analytical skills to help my current clients and had discovered some of the best opportunities and education through associations and connections with int’l. commodity wholesalers, importers, and suppliers. I had experience and training in proposal development and international contracts brokering, purchasing, and distribution. I am also able to operate in a multi-cultural environment in a variety of different settings, especially in the areas of customer service or contract administration.

Change is the one great constant in life. That’s why it’s so important to regularly review your objectives, your plan, or your financial strategy at least once a year. Did your business, your job, and your income change? Do you have a new hobby that’s changing your view of retirement? Did you get married or have a baby? Did you win the lottery?
